Thousand Brake Systems for Turkish Railways

By the end of this year MZT HEPOS will deliver brake systems worth over 3 million euros to the Turkish market..
The high quality, balanced with competitive price and precise delivery terms, has been confirmed with export of 99 percent of the production in 51 world countries, among which are all country members of EU, then China, India, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Kenya, Uganda, Venezuela, etc. MH brake systems provide the security of million passengers all over the world.

MZT HEPOS among the Largest Macedonian Exporters on the Chinese Market

At the moment MZT HEPOS is one of the largest Macedonian exporters in China. On September 27th the last delivery of the 170 of total 1.300 braking sets is to be realized to MRS China, the Chinese producer of freight wagons.
This is a summary of the successful business cooperation, started in 2003 with the contract for supplying braking equipment for open and container wagons for the Pakistan market. The total value of the contract, realized in 15 batches is over four million dollars.
Part of the delivered equipment is already exploited on the Pakistan rails proving the high degree of the system quality.
The cooperation with the Chinese producers of railway vehicles continue: MZT HEPOS is in negotiations for delivery of around 300 sets of braking equipment.

The Three New Products – Soon on the Market

The new brake products are verified by the representatives of the International Union of Railways (UIC) that recently stayed at MZT HEPOS. According to the general director Vlado Atanasovski, they present a developing step toward creating new possibilities for entering new markets and at the same time, increasing the competition of the existing ones.
Our new brake systems will be equally safe for the most modern, stronger and faster rail- vehicles that move with a speed of over 200 km per hour. For instance, the new Knik product will be input in cargo trains that move with high speed that have big stopping force. The Knik product enables reduction of the stopping force in precisely defined conditions. At the same time it protects the wagon wheels from overheating.
The new AKR product for automatic regulating of the stopping force is practically the answer of MZT HEPOS to the newest UIC regulations regarding the brake equipment.
The third product, MDV 100 detector presents a brake device for automatic stopping of the wagon and train, in case of leaving the rails. This detector is a second product of this kind in the world and functions on the basics of recognizing the wagons vibrations.
The representatives of the International Railways Union had opportunities to thoroughly examine these products in the laboratory of MZT HEPOS.
It has been concluded that they absolutely satisfy UIC standards, resulting with a visa for placement on the world market. The official certificates will be obtained on next session of the International Union of Railways.
