AUTOMATIC TEST BENCH

Automatic test bench for distributor valve inspection with computer command and data analysis. This device excludes the influence of the person who performs the inspection upon the final results. The whole process is visually followed in real time, while the results (graphical or numerical) are memorised and if necessary printed in form of a Certificate, Test sheet or similar documents.

MOBILE TEST BENCHES

Basic purpose of this test bench is inspection of particular wagon`s brake. There are possible
following tests:
- Braking,
- Full braking,
- Rapid braking,
- Gradual braking,
- Brake sensitivity,
- Brake insensitivity
- Tightness test.
With connecting of portable test bench type PIKO all tests could be recorded and printed.

PORTABLE TEST BENCHES

The test bench is intended for testing brake and drive performances of railway vehicles in running or stationary. The test bench includes transmitter, sensors for pressure, load, speed and temperature measurement and PC Note book, placed in a suitcase practical for field tests. The software rovides real time monitoring, controlling of the processes and user’s friendly handling. The results are graphically presented and can be analysed, memorised and printed.
